The guitarist says a follow-up to Humanoid is coming, with no date attached, days before Accept release a 19-track anniversary album carrying 50 guest musicians.
Wolf Hoffmann has confirmed that Accept intend to make another studio record, and that the plan is loose by design.
Speaking to “Loud & Clear With Belgian Jasper“, the guitarist said the band will return to “the studio to make a new studio album next year or whenever possible. We will be.”
He then declined to commit further. “I don’t wanna promise anything on a timeline, but it’s gonna happen sooner than later. It has to, because the show must go on. And as long as we still enjoy what we’re doing and we’re still healthy, it’s gonna happen.”
It would follow Humanoid, released in April 2024 through Napalm Records, which Andy Sneap produced, recorded, mixed and mastered.
The immediate release is a different proposition. Teutonic Titans 1976–2026 arrives on September 4 via Napalm Records, marking the band’s 50th anniversary with 19 re-recorded versions of songs from their catalogue and 50 guest musicians spread across them.
The album moves chronologically through the band’s early period, from 1980’s I’m A Rebel to 1989’s Eat The Heat, with Hoffmann‘s guitar and Mark Tornillo‘s vocals as the constants. Every track carries a different combination of guest vocals, guitars, bass and drums, so no two are built the same way.

Billy Corgan appears on “Love Child“, and the wider guest list takes in K.K. Downing, the former Judas Priest guitarist who has led KK’s Priest since 2019, Bobby “Blitz” Ellsworth of Overkill, Chris Jericho of Fozzy, Ralf Scheepers of Primal Fear and Jeff Loomis of Nevermore. Ellefson, who appears on “Aiming High“, is a former Megadeth bassist, having been dismissed from that band in 2021.
The one track handled in-house is “Hellhammer“, performed by the current Accept lineup of Hoffmann, bassist Martin Motnik, guitarist Philip Shouse and drummer Christopher Williams, with Jason McMaster of Dangerous Toys singing.
Tornillo joined in 2009, after a period in which Accept were inactive, replacing original singer Udo Dirkschneider. The pairing restarted the band, and Tornillo has now sung on their last six studio albums, making him the longest-serving vocalist in Accept‘s history.
The band’s touring year takes in Graspop Metal Meeting, Hellfest, Wacken Open Air and Stonedead, followed by a European headline run through November and December with Dynazty and Tailgunner supporting.
Accept in 2026 are Wolf Hoffmann on guitar, Mark Tornillo on vocals, Philip Shouse on guitar, Christopher Williams on drums and Martin Motnik on bass.
