Canadian hard rock veterans Triumph kept the momentum of their massive 2026 comeback tour rolling with a second performance on Monday, April 13. The band hit the stage at Hard Rock Live at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood, Florida. The group’s first tour in over 30 years features founding members Gil Moore (drums and vocals) and Rik Emmett (guitar and vocals) anchored by a powerhouse backing band. Rounding out the live roster are guitarist Phil X (a member of Bon Jovi and a former Triumph touring musician), along with drummer/keyboardist Brent Fitz and bassist Todd Kerns (both current members of Slash Featuring Myles Kennedy & The Conspirators).
Original Triumph bassist Mike Levine will be absent for most of the 2026 tour dates. Last December, he informed fans that he was dealing with “a problem” with his hand that “precludes” him “from being able to really play well.”
The Hollywood concert quickly followed the tour’s opening night, which took place on Friday, April 10, in Orlando, Florida. That inaugural show at Hard Rock Live Universal Orlando was tied to the 23rd annual Celebration Exotic Car Festival. All net proceeds from the Orlando kickoff were donated to the Make-A-Wish foundation to support children battling critical illnesses.
