My Chemical Romance Seattle 2025

My Chemical Romance (MCR) ignited their highly anticipated 2025 North American stadium tour on Friday, July 11, with an extraordinary performance in Seattle that marked the longest show of their career.

The night at Seattle’s T-Mobile Park commenced with a complete, front-to-back rendition of their landmark 2006 album, The Black Parade. MCR members took the stage in updated versions of their iconic marching band uniforms from that era, immersing the audience in the album’s theatrical world. Several songs from The Black Parade received fresh arrangements, including the vaudevillian “Mama,” which now featured a new “dagger” outro—a snippet the band had teased on social media earlier in the week, sparking unfounded speculation among fans about new music.

Following the complete performance of The Black Parade, My Chemical Romance transitioned to a more intimate B-stage positioned amidst the audience. Here, they launched into a second set comprised of hits and cherished fan favorites from across their other albums. The band roared through tracks like “I’m Not Okay (Promise),” “The Ghost of You,” and “Helena,” the latter of which closed the epic evening. Songs from Danger Days such as “Na Na Na (Na Na Na Na Na Na Na Na Na)” and “Planetary (GO!)” also featured, alongside revisited selections from their 2002 debut album, I Brought You My Bullets, You Brought Me Your Love, with performances of “Our Lady of Sorrows” and “Vampires Will Never Hurt You.”

The “Black Parade” tour will continue its North American leg on July 19 in San Francisco and is set to conclude on September 13 in Tampa. Each date on the tour will feature a rotating lineup of diverse opening acts, including Garbage, Alice Cooper, Pixies, and Evanescence.
