Turnstile, Linkin Park, And Sleep Token Score Multiple Nominations In 2026 Grammy Awards

The nominations for the 68th Annual Grammy Awards were announced today (November 7), revealing a powerful mix of legacy acts and the new guard across the rock and metal categories. The event, set for February 1, 2026, was announced by presenters including Sharon Osbourne and her children, who paid tribute to the late Ozzy Osbourne.

This year, Turnstile emerged as a dominant force, securing nominations in three major rock categories. Sleep Token and the massively returned Linkin Park also picked up multiple nominations.

In the Best Metal Performance category, Turnstile (for “Birds”) and Sleep Token (for “Emergence”) are nominated alongside prog-metal legends Dream Theater (for “Night Terror”), Swedish titans Ghost (for “Lachryma”), and modern metal sensations Spiritbox (for “Soft Spine”).

Turnstile’s Never Enoguh is also nominated for Best Rock Album, competing directly with Linkin Park’s From Zero, Deftones private music, Haim’s I Quit, and Yungblud’s Idols.

Linkin Park’s comeback single, “The Emptiness Machine,” earned a nod for Best Rock Performance. That category also features Turnstile (for “Never Enough“), Hayley Williams, and Amyl And The Sniffers. Notably, Yungblud received a nomination in this category for his “Back To The Beginning” tribute performance of “Changes” (Live From Villa Park), which featured Nuno Bettencourt, Frank Bello, and Adam Wakeman.

Sleep Token picked up their second nomination in the Best Rock Song category for “Caramel,” alongside Nine Inch Nails (for “As Alive As You Need Me to Be”), Hayley Williams (for “Glum”), Yungblud (for “Zombie”), and Turnstile (for “Never Enough”).

The 68th annual Grammy Awards will be broadcast live from the Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles. The eligibility period for the nominations spanned from August 31, 2024, through August 30, 2025.
