Topps Is Now Selling Collectible Cards Commemorating Linkin Park’s UEFA Champions League Performance

These exclusive cards are part of the Topps Now series, which issues limited print runs commemorating notable moments in sports and pop culture.

Topps Linkin Park Cards

Following their high-profile performance at the 2025 UEFA Champions League Finals, the newly revitalized Linkin Park, now co-fronted by Emily Armstrong, is partnering with iconic sports collectible company Topps for a special series of limited-edition trading cards. The band’s appearance before the significant international sporting event drew considerable media attention, including some pointed criticism from former Dutch football star Marco van Basten.

These exclusive cards are part of the Topps Now series, which issues limited print runs commemorating notable moments in sports and pop culture. The collection features cards of the entire band on stage, along with individual cards for Mike Shinoda and Emily Armstrong. Like other Topps Now releases, these Linkin Park cards will have special variants, including highly sought-after signed editions. Mike Shinoda also has a unique variant that includes an actual used guitar pick, adding a rare touch for collectors. While obtaining these rare versions depends on chance, fans can purchase multiple packs to increase their odds.

The band’s four-song set at the UEFA Champions League Final on Saturday, May 31, at the Allianz Arena in Munich, included fan favorites like “In The End” and “Numb,” alongside newer tracks such as “The Emptiness Machine” and “Heavy Is The Crown.” The performance occurred before Paris Saint-Germain’s victory over Inter Milan. While many fans enjoyed the show, Marco van Basten publicly criticized the performance on air, stating: “The Linkin Park performance was garbage, absolutely garbage. It’s a disgrace that UEFA allows this.” However, it is widely believed his comments were directed more at UEFA’s choice to host a pre-match concert rather than a critique of the band’s musical quality itself.

For those eager to experience Linkin Park‘s revamped sound live, the band has an extensive global tour planned. Fans will have numerous opportunities to catch them in action across Europe, North America, and South America.
