The Who Band 2025

Following the recent announcement of The Who‘s upcoming live album, Live At Eden Project, earMUSIC has officially released the record’s second single. Fans can now stream “You Better You Bet (Live at Eden Project)“, which is also available as an instant download with all digital pre-orders. To celebrate the release, a live performance video capturing the magic of that July 2023 night in Cornwall is currently streaming on the earMUSIC YouTube channel.

Originally hitting the airwaves in 1981, “You Better You Bet” quickly became one of The Who‘s signature post-Keith Moon anthems. The track perfectly blends punchy guitars, distinct synthesizer lines, and deeply personal lyrics from guitarist Pete Townshend. More than 40 years later, the beloved track proved its enduring power at the Eden Project, getting thousands of fans to sing and dance along with the legendary group.

For nearly 60 years, The Who has shaped the rock music landscape. In 2026, they are adding a massive new chapter to that legacy with Live At Eden Project. Recorded at one of the UK’s most sustainable and visually stunning venues—a network of breathtaking biomes nestled in the Cornish countryside—the concert showcases the band’s continued cultural impact. Accompanied by the Heart Of England Philharmonic Orchestra, founding members Pete Townshend and Roger Daltrey delivered a masterful set that mixed intense classic rock with sweeping orchestral arrangements. The unique acoustics of the enclosed structures provided an unmatched level of sonic detail and warmth, creating a highly intimate experience compared to typical stadium tours.

Live At Eden Project captures a very focused setlist from the band’s recent orchestral touring era. Along with massive stadium hits like “Baba O’Riley” and “Pinball Wizard” (which was previously released as the album’s lead single), the record features rare live cuts such as “Cry If You Want“, “Anyway, Anyhow, Anywhere“, and “The Rock“.

Live At Eden Project will be officially released on May 29. It will be available across major digital streaming platforms, as a 2CD digipak, a standard 3LP gatefold, and a special limited 3LP gatefold edition pressed on recycled vinyl packaged in a paper wallet without plastic shrink wrap.

Back in May, The Who officially announced their final North American tour, “The Song Is Over – The North American Farewell Tour.” This emotional curtain call will span cities across the U.S. and Canada, celebrating the legacy of one of the most influential bands in rock history.
