Sun Dont Shine

Sun Dont Shine, the heavy metal supergroup formerly known as Eye Am, has officially released a new music video for their track “All You Wasted“. The band features an experienced lineup of musicians, including guitarist and vocalist Kirk Windstein (Crowbar, Down, Kingdom Of Sorrow), former Type O Negative members Kenny Hickey (guitar and vocals) and Johnny Kelly (drums), alongside bassist Todd Strange (Crowbar, Down).

The new music video was directed and filmed by Mike Holderbeast.

All You Wasted” is featured on Sun Dont Shine‘s debut full-length album, From Birth To Death, which was officially released on April 1 through Corpse Paint Records.

The group originally announced in June 2025 that they intended to release an EP titled Coming Down via Corpse Paint Records. However, the band later shifted their creative focus toward completing a full-length studio album instead. The debut album was preceded by the release of its lead single, “The Promise Song“, in January 2025.

Musically, Sun Dont Shine intentionally avoids overly polished production. The band focuses on straightforward songwriting and the natural musical chemistry developed through the extensive shared experiences of its veteran lineup.

Earlier in February, the band released single “Power To Live. The song was written by Kenny Hickey and Kirk Windstein. The track was recorded at OCD Studios in the summer of 2025, with Duane Simoneaux producing, Vinnie LaBella co-producing, and Andrew Spaulding serving as executive producer.
