Staind are gearing up to honor a major milestone in their career. The band has officially announced the upcoming release of Break The Cycle (25th Anniversary Live), scheduled to arrive on August 21, 2026. The release will serve as a comprehensive live celebration of their monumental 5x platinum third studio album, Break The Cycle.
To give fans an early taste of the upcoming live record, Staind has released a live performance video for the album’s iconic original lead single, “It’s Been Awhile“. Pre-orders for the live lookback are currently available through the band’s official channels at staind.lnk.to/BTCLive.
In addition to the live album, the band will be taking the celebration on the road this fall for a massive North American trek. Staind will be performing the record in its entirety nightly, bringing along Seether, Hoobastank, and Hinder to round out the nostalgic, heavy-hitting lineup.
“25 years later to be touring, celebrating this album and bringing our music to our fans near and far is something really special,” Aaron Lewis commented. “I’m looking forward to going out with these guys. It’s like one big family reunion!”
Guitarist Mike Mushok echoed those sentiments, acknowledging the impact the record had on their lives.
“Hard to believe it’s been 25 years,” Mushok said. “I look back on those times as one of the highlights of my career and feel very fortunate to still be doing this.
