Soulfly Max Cavalera Belgrade 2025

Soulfly has announced a full-scale U.S. tour for November 2025 in support of their upcoming album, Chama. In a unique and demanding setup, the trek will feature frontman Max Cavalera performing twice each night, as his other band, Go Ahead And Die, is also on the bill.

The tour is scheduled to kick off on November 1 in Roswell, New Mexico, and will cut across the western and southwestern United States. Cavalera expressed his excitement for the “lethal” combination of his two projects.

“I’m thrilled to be doing double duty with Soulfly and Go Ahead And Die on the road together,” Max said in a statement. “The raw power of GAAD combined with the tribal fury of Soulfly is going to be lethal! Enter the pit at your own risk!!!”

The tour is timed with the release of Soulfly‘s 13th studio album, Chama, which arrives on October 24 via Nuclear Blast Records. Cavalera described the album as a return to the band’s spiritual roots.

Chama is the Brazilian word for flame. It also means a ‘calling’,” Max explained. “Chama is inspired by the energy of this moment This record is the sound of Soulfly’s fire! I cannot wait to play these songs live for the Tribe! Chama!”

The new album also marks a creative step forward for Max‘s son, Soulfly drummer Zyon Cavalera, who took on production duties for the first time.

“With each Soulfly record I’ve played on, I can feel my evolution happening in real time,” Zyon stated. “This record was no different as I got to handle a good amount of the production for the first time. Trying to take the band to places we have never been before was a blast and I look forward to more production work in the future!”
