The highly anticipated and completely sold-out Sleep Token U.S. arena tour has found its opening act: Thornhill, a rising heavy metal band from Melbourne, Australia. This tour represents a major opportunity for the Australian group to expand its influence worldwide.

Thornhill has been garnering significant attention in its home country for several years. Their 2019 album The Dark Pool earned them widespread critical acclaim and “best of” nods. They continued this momentum with their 2022 album Heroine, which not only debuted at #3 on the ARIA Albums Chart but also received an ARIA nomination.

In recent years, the band has been building on their success with a series of well-received releases. Their standalone singles “Viper Room” and “Obsession” performed strongly in Australia, and they also released their first live album in 2024. Most recently, the band released their new album BODIES in April 2025, which features the singles “Tongues” and “nerv.”

The upcoming tour with Sleep Token marks a significant step up for Thornhill, who have only recently begun touring in the U.S. Last year, they supported Silent Planet and also appeared at festivals in North America and Europe. This arena tour will expose them to a massive new audience, as Sleep Token‘s “Even In Arcadia” tour has sold out all 17 of its dates.

The tour, which supports Sleep Token‘s latest chart-topping album, kicks off on September 16 in Atlanta and will wrap up with a finale in Los Angeles on October 11. Due to the high demand for tickets, fans who haven’t secured their spots will likely have to resort to ticketing brokers as the dates approach.

Even In Arcadia was released on May 9, 2025, and quickly reached No. 1 on the US Billboard Top 200 chart, at the time.

The tracklist for Even In Arcadia is as follows:

  1. “Look To Windward”
  2. “Emergence”
  3. “Past Self”
  4. “Dangerous”
  5. “Caramel”
  6. “Even In Arcadia”
  7. “Provider”
  8. “Damocles”
  9. “Gethsemane”
  10. “Infinite Baths”
