In an unprecedented crossover of extreme music and combat sports, Slaughter To Prevail vocalist Alex Terrible is launching a brand new event called “Blood4Blood.” Scheduled for May 6 at the Ocean Center in Daytona Beach, Florida, the visceral spectacle will feature four metal bands and four professional bare-knuckle fights.

The event is set to take place just before the massive Welcome To Rockville festival kicks off its 15th-anniversary weekend. It is being brought to life through a unique partnership between major US rock festival promoter Danny Wimmer Presents and the Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship.

As a lifelong contact sports enthusiast, Alex Terrible will not just be hosting the evening. The imposing frontman will perform a full set with Slaughter To Prevail and step into the ring for a sanctioned fight against US fighter and professional bull rider Cameron Delano.

In an official press statement, the vocalist shared his deep personal connection to the project and expressed his excitement about working with industry giants to make it a reality.

“It is a big honour for me to finally bring ‘Blood4Blood‘ to life. From the beginning, I wanted to create something that shows who I really am. Fighting and heavy music have always been my world, my passion, my lifestyle. To have the first ‘Blood4Blood‘ hosted by the biggest bare-knuckle promotion in the world and to work with the biggest live promoter in North America to build this event with me means a lot. We have four real fights and four powerful bands, Black Label Society, Crowbar, Malevolence and Slaughter to Prevail. I will step into the ring and on the stage. I give everything. This is my heart. This is ‘Blood4Blood‘.”

While the remaining undercard fights have not yet been announced, the musical lineup is officially locked in. Joining Slaughter To Prevail for the evening will be Zakk Wylde‘s legendary outfit Black Label Society, sludge metal pioneers Crowbar, and rising UK metalcore act Malevolence.

Alex Terrible is no stranger to the ring. He made his bare-knuckle boxing debut in January 2025, securing a victory against Mukhamedkhan Ospanov. By December 2025, he began teasing the ‘Blood4Blood‘ concept to his fans on social media.

“In this event, bands [are] playing f**king heavy metal music and fighters [are] f**king bare knuckle fighting. That’s f**king crazy!”

He then doubled down on the wild nature of the event:

“Is it crazy? It is crazy. And I’m a crazy f**king guy. Let’s go!”

Beyond the ‘Blood4Blood‘ event, Slaughter To Prevail has a massive schedule ahead. The band will launch a North American tour starting on March 21 in Nashville, Tennessee. They are also slated to perform at the Danny Wimmer Presents festivals Welcome To Rockville and Sonic Temple in May, before heading to Europe to headline the UK’s Bloodstock festival for the very first time.
