Slaughter To Prevail Russian Grizzly In America

Slaughter To Prevail has officially announced their highly anticipated new album, titled Grizzly, set for release on July 18th, 2025, via Sumerian Records. Accompanying the announcement is the blistering new single and music video, “Russian Grizzly In America,” which notably features a towering animatronic bear alongside UFC heavyweight fighter Alexander Volkov.

The band, known for pushing the boundaries of extreme music, believes Grizzly represents their best work to date. Vocalist Alex Terrible shared his thoughts on the meticulous process behind the album: “I think this is the best album we have ever written. We put so much effort into it. We spent a lot of time on every detail and really poured our souls into the songs. In the past, we were always rushing to finish albums and just releasing whatever we had. This time, we took our time, worked carefully on each track, and made sure everything was exactly how we wanted it. Hopefully it was all worth it.”

Grizzly compiles several previously released popular singles, including “Conflict,” “Viking,” “1984,” “Behelit,” and “Kid of Darkness,” alongside new tracks featuring guest appearances from Ronnie Radke and BABYMETAL.

The full tracklist for Grizzly is:

  1. “Banditos”
  2. “Russian Grizzly In America”
  3. “Imdead” (feat. Ronnie Radke)
  4. “Babayka”
  5. “Viking”
  6. “Koschei”
  7. “Song 3” (feat. BABYMETAL)
  8. “Lift That Shit”
  9. “Behelit”
  10. “Rodina”
  11. “Conflict”
  12. “Kid of Darkness”
  13. “1984”

Slaughter To Prevail‘s journey began as an online collaboration between Alex Terrible in Yekaterinburg, Russia, and guitarist Jack Simmons in the UK. Alex initially gained a significant online following through his powerful vocal covers on YouTube, which led to the formation of the band and eventually caught the attention of Sumerian Records. Now boasting over one million monthly Spotify listeners and commanding huge crowds at festivals worldwide – including leading a record-breaking wall-of-death at France’s Hellfest – the band is a major force in modern heavy music.

Beyond music, Alex Terrible actively pursues a bare-knuckle fighting career, recently securing a swift knockout in Russia’s RCC Bare Knuckle promotion and training for upcoming bouts.

2025 is poised to be a landmark year for Slaughter To Prevail, with main stage appearances booked at major festivals across North America and Europe, supported by a brand-new, more visceral live production. Pre-orders for Grizzly are now available.
