Guns N’ Roses guitarist Slash had a brief run-in with gravity during one of the band’s recent Paris concerts, but the veteran shredder shrugged it off almost before the crowd could react.
The spill happened at the Accor Arena during one of Guns N’ Roses‘ two Paris dates on July 1 and July 3, when Slash lost his footing mid-song and went down on the stage. There was no sign of any injury — he was back on his feet in an instant, picked the song right back up, and carried on as though nothing had happened, earning a roar of approval from the room. Fan-shot footage of the stumble and his quick recovery has since made its way online.
The Paris shows are part of Guns N’ Roses‘ ongoing world tour, which has kept the band busy across Europe this summer. The trek rolls on into a North American stadium run starting in August, and the band is also expected to release two new singles, “Nothin’” and “Atlas,” in the coming months.
