Shadow Of Intent With Corpsegrinder On New Single And New Album News

Shadow Of Intent just dropped a brutal new track, “Feeding The Meatgrinder,” and it’s got a serious death metal edge! What makes it even heavier? None other than the legendary Corpsegrinder from Cannibal Corpse lending his iconic vocals. You can check out the video below.

The band also issued a statement saying: “We couldn’t be more excited to kick off album 5 with this brand new track where we get to push our boundaries even further. A massive thank you to the great George Fisher aka Corpsegrinder for lending us his voice.”

The lyrics, and the accompanying music video directed by Norbert Crowfield, hit hard with an anti-war and anti-imperialist message. This single definitely leans into a more straight-up death metal sound, which totally makes sense considering Corpsegrinder‘s involvement.

This killer track is a taste of Shadow Of Intent‘s upcoming fifth album, Imperium Delirium, set to unleash on June 27th via Blood Blast Distribution. The album also features their previously released banger, “Flying The Black Flag.
