A memorable moment unfolded in Nashville on Monday night (April 6) when Sebastian Bach surprised fans during his headlining show at Cannery Hall by sharing the stage with Eddie Ojeda of Twisted Sister.
Rather than a full guest appearance set, the highlight of the night came when Ojeda stepped in to join Bach for a high-energy performance of Twisted Sister’s signature anthem “I Wanna Rock.”
The performance arrives amid growing crossover activity between Bach and Twisted Sister. It was recently confirmed that Bach will take on lead vocal duties for a select number of Twisted Sister shows scheduled for later in 2026. The announcement was made by guitarists Jay Jay French and Eddie Ojeda, marking a notable lineup shift for the legendary band.
Despite the collaboration, Bach’s involvement with Twisted Sister is not expected to impact his solo career. His current touring plans remain unchanged, with both projects set to run in parallel.
The upcoming shows themselves stem from a period of change for Twisted Sister. Earlier this year, the band scrapped its planned 2026 reunion dates after frontman Dee Snider stepped down due to health issues. On February 5, the group described his departure as a “sudden and unexpected resignation,” which ultimately led to the cancellation of all scheduled performances from April through early summer.
The finalized 2026 touring lineup for Twisted Sister will feature Sebastian Bach performing alongside classic guitarists Jay Jay French and Eddie Ojeda. Taking over bass duties for Mark “The Animal” Mendoza will be Russell Pzütto, who previously toured as part of Dee Snider‘s solo band.
Additionally, the drum kit will be manned by Joey Cassata, known for his work on Ace Frehley‘s solo album, 10,000 Volts. He steps in as a replacement for Joe Franco, who was initially scheduled to perform in place of the late A.J. Pero (who passed away in 2015 at age 55) but ultimately became unavailable for the fall run.
