As Trivium‘s extensive “Poisoned Ascendancy Tour” approaches its final stretch, the band delivered a special surprise for fans (this time not including anything regarding flashlights and so on) during a recent performance in Pennsylvania. On the night of May 9, 2025, Trivium invited Scott Kennedy, frontman of tourmates Bleed From Within, to join them on stage for a powerful rendition of their classic track, “A G*nshot To The Head Of Trepidation.” Fan-filmed footage of this collaborative performance has since emerged online.
The “Poisoned Ascendancy Tour,” which kicked off at the end of March, features a strong lineup with August Burns Red, Sylosis, and Bleed From Within supporting Trivium. The tour has seen the Florida metallers delivering high-energy shows across North America.
Trivium is set to perform tonight, May 10, 2025, at the Sonic Temple Art & Music Festival in Columbus, Ohio.
