Sanguisugabogg 2025

As Sanguisugabogg prepares to hit the road for a massive new tour, the brutal death metal act has announced a significant lineup change. The band has officially parted ways with their long-standing guitarist, Cedrik Davis.

The group released a formal statement to address the split, emphasizing that the decision was mutual and expressing deep gratitude for his years of dedication to the band.

“Informing you that we have mutually decided to part ways with one of our long standing guitarists and friend Cedrik DavisCed leaves the band with an outstanding legacy that lasts almost 6 of the 7 years as a band. His contributions in our band will always be honored and never go unnoticed as well as all the laughs and memories we have made along the way. We wish Cedrik the very best in his life, for his child and all his future endeavors.”

Despite the sudden departure, Sanguisugabogg reassured fans that their upcoming live performances will not be affected. The band confirmed they will proceed with the same configuration they recently utilized during their European run.

“On our current tour we will be performing our set with the same lineup we had used while in Europe. Our drummer, producer and founding member Cody Davidson will be holding it down on guitar alongside Drew Arnold and we have Eric Morotti hammering away on drums. This lineup is tight and sounds insane live so you are in for a treat if you catch us out!”

The lineup shift arrives just as Sanguisugabogg officially launches the “Into Oblivion” North American tour today, March 17, 2026. The highly anticipated trek features the death metal outfit providing heavy support for groove metal titans Lamb of God, alongside Kublai Khan TX and Fit For An Autopsy.
