The demand was apparently too loud to ignore. After a wildly successful run in 2024 and a hit Las Vegas residency, Sammy Hagar has confirmed he is bringing the “Best Of All Worlds” tour back to the road for a special limited engagement this June.

The Rock and Roll Hall of Famer will once again be flanked by a supergroup lineup that reads like a who’s-who of rock history: original Van Halen bassist Michael Anthony, guitar virtuoso Joe Satriani, and drumming powerhouse Kenny Aronoff. To add even more sonic depth, acclaimed keyboardist Greg Phillinganes will also be joining the ensemble for these dates.

The tour is set to kick off on June 13 in St. Louis—a city Hagar has long considered his “musical home away from home”—and will tear through the Midwest and East Coast before wrapping up with a two-night stand in Maryland.

Regarding the motivation to get the band back together for this specific run, Hagar kept his mission statement clear.

“We’re celebrating the legacy of the music and bringing it to a whole new generation of fans,” said Sammy Hagar.

Fans attending the 2026 shows can expect a setlist that mines the deepest veins of Hagar‘s career. With Anthony, Satriani, and Aronoff having collaborated with Hagar across various projects—including Van Halen, Chickenfoot, and The Circle—the chemistry is undeniable.

The repertoire promises a refreshed selection of anthems, including Van Halen staples like “5150“, “Poundcake“, “Runaround“, and “Right Now“, alongside solo smashes and deep cuts such as “Eagles Fly“, “One Way to Rock“, and “Your Love Is Driving Me Crazy“.

Adding to the bill as a special guest is fellow rock legend Rick Springfield. The pairing is a natural fit; the two musicians share a friendship spanning over forty years. Notably, Springfield scored a massive hit with “I’ve Done Everything For You,” a song penned by Hagar. Beyond the music, the two are also business partners in the Beach Bar Rum brand.

Springfield, known for hits like “Jessie’s Girl” and “Don’t Talk To Strangers,” will support the tour for most dates, though he will not appear at the final two shows in Maryland.
