Rock & Roll Hall of Famer Sammy Hagar is set to make his long-awaited return to the United Kingdom, announcing his first tour there since 1996. The four-date arena run, part of his successful “Best Of All Worlds” tour, is scheduled for July 2026.
“The Red Rocker” will be fronting his supergroup, The Best Of All Worlds Band, which features a lineup of rock legends: Van Halen co-founder Michael Anthony on bass, guitar virtuoso Joe Satriani, and celebrated drummer Kenny Aronoff.
Hagar expressed his anticipation for the shows in a statement. “I can’t wait to cross the Atlantic with The Best Of All Worlds Band. Fans in the U.K. and Europe have waited a long time — and so have I!”
The tour’s setlist is billed as a deep dive into Hagar‘s entire 50-plus-year career, covering his time with Montrose, his multi-platinum solo hits, and Chickenfoot. However, the main focus will be a comprehensive exploration of his tenure with Van Halen, marking the first time Hagar has performed classics like “Finish What Ya Started,” “5150,” “Poundcake,” and “Why Can’t This Be Love” in the U.K. since the band’s Wembley Stadium shows 30 years ago.
Adding to the event, the tour will feature iconic special guest Joan Jett & The Blackhearts. This will be Joan Jett‘s first live performance in the U.K. in 15 years. Her set is expected to include her own massive hits like “I Love Rock N’ Roll” and “Bad Reputation,” as well as The Runaways‘ staple, “Cherry Bomb.” The show will be opened by Jayler.
Tickets for the tour go on sale Friday, October 31, at 10 a.m. GMT.
