Swedish heavy metal powerhouse Sabaton has officially announced the rescheduled dates for their postponed North American trek. The “Legends On Tour” was originally slated to run from February 9 through April 20, hitting major cities across the U.S. and Canada. However, the band was forced to hit pause on the shows to allow bassist Pär Sundström adequate time to recover from severe arm inflammation.
Earlier today, March 5, Sabaton took to their social media channels to share the updated schedule with fans, addressing ticket refunds, canceled stops, and the addition of some new shows.
“Friends in US + Canada, we’ve rescheduled the shows for ‘Legends On Tour‘ 2026 and we can’t wait to see you all!”
“Big love to Orlando for joining the tour schedule, and a shout-out to Winnipeg — we’ve added a 2nd show due to high demand! Unfortunately, we’ve had to cancel our shows in Tampa, Greensboro and Pittsburgh. We are very sorry to cause any disappointment, but Pittsburgh, stay tuned as there may be some news soon!”
“If you already purchased tickets for the shows earlier this year, you should have received an email from the official point of sale with details about your options. You’ll be able to attend a rescheduled date or request a refund.”
“Check the tour schedule below and visit sabaton.net/tour for more info and tickets.”
The updated tour will now kick off in late September and keep the band on the road through mid-December. Fans can also look forward to seeing Pop Evil and Wings of Steel, who will remain on the bill as the official supporting acts for the duration of the trek.
