On Monday, January 5, Ronnie Radke stated that he parted ways with former Falling In Reverse guitarist Max Georgiev in 2024 after learning of what he described as troubling allegations. He addressed the situation in a post shared to his Instagram Stories, which you can see down below.
Georgiev fired back on Instagram yesterday, January 06th, writing a following statement:
“To the fans,
“I have never done anything illegal with a minor. Fifteen years ago, when I was 23, I still lived in Quebec, Canada.”
“Since then, I have played for several bands who never mentioned inappropriate behavior on my part.”
“I have always had great respect for the fans. I have strived to play my heart out for you.”
Following the controversy, Radke turned to livestreaming to respond after his Instagram account was reportedly banned earlier this week. During the broadcast — portions of which have since circulated online — he suggested that his comments about Georgiev may have led to the sudden disabling of his Instagram account, which had more than 1.4 million followers.
He said (via theprp): “Maybe me talking about my old guitar player getting fired for finding out he was hooking up with minors… I think that AI might’ve caught that and was like, ‘You gotta go’.”
During the same livestream, Radke pushed back against Georgiev’s statement regarding his age at the time of the alleged incident. He also alleged that he first became aware of the accusations through one of Georgiev’s former girlfriends, and said the situation led him to dismiss the guitarist just two days before the band was set to head out on tour.
Speaking about Georgiev, Radke stated in part: “This man not only did that, [but] the parents of the minor — 10 years before he was in my band — found out, they confronted him, he lied about his age so he could continue doing that with her. He wasn’t 23, he was older. He’s lying about that.”
Georgiev has recently focused on a solo career, putting out a collection of original songs under his own name. In Quebec, where he is active, the legal age of consent is set at 16.

Alongside this newest controversy, there is also a bizarre and bitter feud between Ronnie and Brittany Furlan, the spouse of Mötley Crüe icon Tommy Lee, has moved from social media skirmishes to the courtroom. On Monday, January 5, Radke formally petitioned the Los Angeles Superior Court for a temporary restraining order, citing instances of alleged stalking that escalated to physical surveillance.
According to TMZ, Radke claims the harassment went beyond digital exchanges. The singer alleges that after he ceased responding to Furlan‘s messages, she physically traveled to his residence and sat outside his property. In a more concerning accusation, Radke claims she trailed him to a private doctor’s appointment, where she waited outside the medical facility and watched him. The filing requests that the court mandate Furlan stay at least 100 yards away from him at all times.
The response from Furlan‘s camp was swift and dismissive. Following the news of the filing, her attorney Lou Shapiro released a statement categorically denying Radke‘s narrative and flipping the accusation of harassment back onto the singer.
“Ms. Furlan is offended to find out this petition was filed because the only victim of harassment is her,” Shapiro stated. “We will take all legal measures to defend against this frivolous lawsuit and request the Ms. Furlan be protected from further harassment and threats by the petitioner.”
The conflict traces its roots back to last year, centering on a bizarre misunderstanding involving Snapchat. Radke has consistently maintained that Furlan was deceived by an online impersonator posing as him. He publicly stated that Furlan had “fell in love with a Ronnie Radke impersonator on Snapchat” and that the trouble began when she allegedly drove to his home under the false impression they were communicating.
Radke further claimed that even after he clarified he wasn’t the person behind the account, Furlan “refused to believe” the reality of the situation. He also accused her of escalating the conflict by “calling my lawyer and threatening me”.
The drama inevitably pulled in Furlan‘s husband, Tommy Lee. In an attempt to clear his name, Radke previously shared screenshots of a tense text message exchange with the drummer.
In the messages, Radke attempted to de-escalate, writing to Lee: “I like you bro I wouldn’t mess with your wife”.
Lee’s reply was curt: “That’s funny because she says you’re lying”.
While the situation seemed to have cooled, it reignited over the past weekend when Furlan posted to her Instagram Stories. She shared screenshots of messages and comments from a user she claimed was harassing her, telling her followers that the individual “kept messaging me and leaving f**ked up comments on my page,” as well as targeting the social media profiles of Tommy Lee and Radke’s ex-girlfriend, Saraya.
Prior to this latest legal maneuver, Furlan had aired her grievances in a since-deleted seven-minute TikTok video. In that clip, she expressed her exhaustion with the feud. “I had enough,” she said, asserting that Radke had “been harassing me for two weeks. He’s been sent three cease and desists and has not listened.”
