Rammstein frontman Till Lindemann is set to bring his unique and theatrical solo show to Australia for the first time ever in January of 2026. The tour is the latest move in the expansion of Lindemann‘s distinct solo career, a “fiercely independent” creative outlet that has seen him release a string of powerful singles and cultivate a theatrical live show separate from his work with the German industrial metal giants.
The five-date Australian tour was announced over the weekend and is scheduled to kick off on January 15 in Brisbane. The run will see Lindemann performing in major cities across the continent, with support from the blackened nu-metal band Mélancolia. Pre-sales for the tour are set to begin this Wednesday, September 17.
This tour announcement comes as Lindemann continues to build a formidable and distinct body of work outside of Rammstein. In June of this year, he released his latest solo single, “Und Die Engel Singen” (“And the Angels Sing”). The track was described as plunging “deep into the theatrical darkness that fans have come to expect,” featuring “brooding atmospheres, haunting melodies, and a raw emotional undercurrent.”
Like his previous single, “Meine Welt,” the new song was a standalone release and not part of his 2024 debut solo album, Zunge. This constant stream of new, non-album material signals a serious and ongoing commitment to his solo vision, showcasing a deeper exploration of romantic darkness and theatrical provocation that is entirely his own.
The upcoming Australian tour is a major event for fans “down under,” offering the first chance to witness the intense and deeply personal solo vision of one of the most iconic frontmen in modern metal.
