Former Motörhead drummer Mikkey Dee is taking a brief break from his duties with the Scorpions to celebrate his legendary past. The drummer has officially announced a run of over a dozen European shows scheduled for 2026, where he will perform classic hits from the massive Motörhead catalog.

Joining Dee on this special run of shows will be members of the Swedish rock band The Drippers. The lineup features Viktor Skatt handling bass and vocal duties, alongside Stig William Rickard on guitar. Full details and confirmed dates are available on the official tour admat down below.

Mikkey Dee was a driving force behind Motörhead for nearly 25 years. During his tenure, the band toured relentlessly across the globe and sold over 15 million albums, cementing their status as one of the loudest and most iconic acts in rock history. Following the tragic passing of legendary frontman Lemmy in late 2015, the band officially dissolved. Dee quickly transitioned to become a permanent member of the Scorpions, embarking on massive, sold-out arena tours worldwide.

However, the demand to hear Motörhead music played live remains incredibly strong. With Dee successfully selling out tribute shows alongside Skatt and Rickard in the past, fans now have another opportunity to experience the iconic catalog live while he has a short gap in his Scorpions touring schedule.

Lemmy passed away on December 28, 2015, at the age of 70, shortly after receiving a severe cancer diagnosis. His declining health had previously forced the band to cancel several dates that year, though they managed to complete their final European tour just weeks before his death. Today, a custom-made urn containing his ashes remains on permanent display inside a columbarium at Forest Lawn Cemetery in Hollywood, California.

Fans looking forward to more Motörhead history can also anticipate the upcoming biopic, simply titled “Lemmy.” The film is set to be directed by Greg Olliver, who previously directed the highly acclaimed 2010 documentary of the exact same name.
