Marilyn Manson fueled speculation about a possible reunion with former guitarist Tim Skold on February 17, sharing a social media post that quickly drew attention from fans. Earlier this year, Manson parted ways with touring guitarist Tyler Bates and has not yet officially named a successor. In his departure statement, Bates confirmed that he contributed to Manson’s forthcoming album, One Assassination Under God: Chapter Two, calling it “our finest work together.”
With recording for the new release apparently completed, speculation has grown that Skold — who last performed with Manson’s band in 2008 — may have stepped back into his former role.
Earlier in December 2025, Manson officially announced a new leg of U.S. dates for Spring 2026, extending his “One Assassination Under God Tour” following a year of high-demand performances across the globe.
The tour continues to support Manson’s latest studio effort, One Assassination Under God – Chapter 1, which arrived in late 2024 via Nuclear Blast Records. The album served as a significant return to form for the vocalist, spawning heavy-rotation singles like “Sacrilegious,” “Raise The Red Flag,” and “As Sick As The Secrets Within.”
