Linkin Park surprised fans by performing a four-song set on Kai Cenat’s record-breaking Twitch stream, blending stadium rock with new media.

Linkin Park 2025

In an unexpected move that bridges the gap between stadium rock and the new media landscape, the multi-platinum band Linkin Park made a surprise appearance on the record-breaking Twitch livestream of internet superstar Kai Cenat on Friday, performing a four-song set for his millions of viewers.

The performance took place on September 26 during Mafiathon 3, Cenat‘s weeks-long, continuous charity livestream. The event has already made headlines for breaking the world record for paid subscribers on the Twitch platform and has featured a “rollcall of impressive celebrity guests,” including Kim Kardashian, Snoop Dogg, and Mariah Carey.

Linkin Park joined that A-list roster with a “short but sweet” live set performed directly from Cenat‘s location. The band tore through two new hits from their massively successful 2024 comeback album, From Zero“The Emptiness Machine” and “Heavy Is The Crown”—as well as two of their most iconic anthems, “What I’ve Done” and “In The End.”

The unique performance comes as the band is in the middle of their colossal “From Zero” world tour. After recently concluding a North American run, the band is scheduled to tour South America, the Middle East, Asia, Australia, and Europe through the middle of 2026.
