Nu-metal pioneers Korn delivered a powerful performance on June 8th, closing out the Utopia stage at Germany’s annual ‘Rock am Ring‘ festival in Nürburg. The entire set was professionally captured and broadcast by the festival, with the footage now available online.

This ‘Rock am Ring’ performance is part of Korn‘s extensive 2025 touring schedule, which includes major festival appearances and headline dates across Europe and North America. Earlier in the year, Korn delivered an electrifying set at the Sonic Temple Art & Music Festival on May 8, a highlight of which was the surprise revival of their 2005 hit song “Twisted Transistor,” marking its first live performance since 2019. The track originally appeared on their platinum-selling album See You On The Other Side.

Throughout this extensive touring, longtime bassist Reginald “Fieldy” Arvizu remains absent from Korn’s live lineup. Fieldy stepped back from the band in 2021, citing the need for personal time. When asked by a fan about his potential return, Fieldy stated: “I won’t be playing any shows, but we’ll see what tomorrow brings. You never know. But for now, no. I’ve got plenty to do.” Despite his absence from the stage, his distinctive bass work was featured on Korn’s 2022 album, Requiem. Ra Díaz of S*icidal Tendencies has been handling bass duties for Korn’s live performances.
