Kiss legend Gene Simmons has officially unveiled the Legends Of Rock Expo, a massive three-day event set to take place this autumn at the Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino. Scheduled for September 25, 26, and 27, 2026, the expo promises an intimate environment where fans can interact with some of the most influential figures in rock history through concerts, panels, and autograph sessions.
The event features a high-profile roster of headlining icons, including Geezer Butler of Black Sabbath, Stewart Copeland of The Police, and Dave Davies of The Kinks. The Gene Simmons Band is slated to headline the musical performances, bringing a raw and unpredictable energy to the stage.
Speaking on the vibe of his current live performances, Gene Simmons emphasized the “back to basics” approach he is bringing to the expo.
“It’s loose, spontaneous, and back to basics,” Gene Simmons stated. “I’ve brought fans to join us onstage from the audience who think they can play guitar. And somebody could yell out, ‘Why don’t you play ‘Sunshine Of Your Love‘, and I’ll turn to the band and say, ‘What key?’ It’s as much fun as I can think of with my pants on.”
David Heynen, the promoter and owner of Fanboy Expo, highlighted that the primary goal of the event is to break down the barrier between the artists and the audience.
“This is an opportunity for everyone to rub elbows with musicians from their favorite rock bands. The kind of access most of us can only dream of!” David Heynen added.
Beyond the primary headliners, the expo will feature appearances by Eric Singer and Tommy Thayer of Kiss. The extensive guest list also includes:

The announcement of the expo comes during a landmark period for Gene Simmons. The Kiss co-founder was recently named as a member of the Songwriters Hall Of Fame Class of 2026 and received the 2025 Kennedy Center Honors.
