Kid Rock has joined forces with health secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. for a quirky new video promoting fitness and healthier eating. The 90-second clip, titled ‘Rock Out Work Out‘, shows the 55-year-old singer and 72-year-old politician shirtless while exercising and enjoying a glass of whole milk.
Kennedy shared the clip on social media, saying, “I’ve teamed up with @KidRock to deliver two simple messages to the American people: GET ACTIVE + EAT REAL FOOD.”
Set to Kid Rock’s hit “Bawitdaba,” the video features the duo working out in a converted barn, with quick, surreal flashes of a stuffed bear, the American flag, a shark, a fighter jet, and a bald eagle. The montage also shows Kennedy visiting Kid Rock’s estate, checking out a car, enjoying a steak dinner, and then joining him for curls, tricep exercises, sit-ups, an exercise bike session, and a cold plunge.
The video wraps up with a pickleball game and a poolside toast with glasses of whole milk.

A longtime supporter and friend of U.S. President Donald Trump, Kid Rock has recently been involved in government efforts to address ticket scalping and price gouging. In September 2025, the FTC filed a lawsuit against Live Nation and Ticketmaster, accusing the companies of “deceptive pricing tactics” and profiting hundreds of millions from tickets obtained illegally by brokers, which reportedly led to billions in inflated costs and extra fees for consumers.
Rock commented on the lawsuit via social media last October:
“What [Trump] did was he ordered the FTC & the Department of Justice to go investigate and see what the hell is going on with ticketing. Well, guess what? They investigated and what happened? They filed a f**king lawsuit against Ticketmaster, because clearly they found out that those motherf**kers are crooks, and they’ve been crooks for decades. F**king over the public. F**king over artists.”
Despite his earlier criticisms and recent testimony before the Senate Commerce Committee on the issue, Kid Rock has decided to work with Ticketmaster for his upcoming ‘Freedom 250 Tour.’
Last week, he outlined several points explaining why he sees this partnership as a positive step:
- Kid Rock‘s Freedom 250 Tour is using Ticketmaster‘s Face Value Exchange to keep tickets in the hands of real fans — not scalpers.
- Tickets can only be resold for the original price paid, including fees and taxes. No markups.
- If you cant make the show, the only place to resell is on Ticketmaster. Ticketmaster does not charge any fees to resell or to purchase resold tickets.
- Ticket transfer is turned off in most places — that’s how we stop tickets from being flipped on other sites for profit.
- If you’re bringing friends, you’ll enter the show together with your group.
- Face Value Exchange makes sure every resale ticket is 100% legit and gets fans through the door.
- If you buy on any other site, there is no guarantee you’ll get in the door – and most likely you won’t.
- Some states, like Illinois, don’t allow artists like me to restrict resale, so transfer has to stay on — but Ticketmaster will still keep prices at face value on its site.
- This isn’t perfect, but it’s a real step to shut down scalpers and protect fans. No extra cost to fans — same tickets, same prices, just fairer access.
- Bottom line: buy tickets, go to the show, and if plans change, sell them the right way so another fan gets in.
Nevertheless, Kid Rock has faced backlash over ticket pricing for ‘Freedom 250 Tour,’ with front-row seats at several venues listed at $5,000 and second-row tickets at $4,000. Prices decrease for seats further back. For example, first-class seating for the May 8 show at Coastal Credit Union Music Park at Walnut Creek in Raleigh, NC, carries these rates, which appear consistent across most tour stops.
