Fan-captured footage has surfaced online showcasing heavy metal titans Iron Maiden delivering a rare and highly anticipated performance of “Infinite Dreams” during their June 14, 2026, headlining slot at the Rock For People festival in Hradec Králové, Czech Republic. You can watch it down below.
The massive open-air appearance serves as a prominent stop on the 2026 European leg of the band’s “Run For Your Lives” world tour, which officially launched on May 23 at the Olympic Athletic Center of Athens (OAKA) in Greece.
While the core structure of the band’s current setlist has largely carried over from the 2025 leg of the trek, the Greek tour opener delivered a massive shock to the system for diehard fans. The group unexpectedly reintroduced “Infinite Dreams“, a standout cut from their legendary 1988 conceptual masterpiece, Seventh Son of a Seventh Son. The performance marked a historic moment, as it was the very first time the intricate track had been played live in concert since the original touring cycle for that album 38 years ago.
Before launching into the deep cut as the sixth song of the evening, frontman Bruce Dickinson addressed the packed stadium crowd:
“We couldn’t think of a better place in Europe to start this tour… We know a few of you have seen some of this show before. We thought we’d just do a little bit of something different, just for this next song, because it’s a song that we have not played for many, many years. No, it’s not ‘Alexander The Great‘. But it will be when you go to bed tonight — your ‘Infinite Dreams‘.”
Following the European dates, Iron Maiden will bring the critically acclaimed “Run For Your Lives” world tour to North America. Celebrating their 50th anniversary, the band will deliver a state-of-the-art production to stadiums and major amphitheaters across the United States and Canada. The tour focuses exclusively on the groundbreaking material from their first nine studio albums and includes a headlining appearance at the Louder Than Life festival in Kentucky on September 17, 2026.
According to a press release, these upcoming performances mark 45 years since the band first visited North America on the 1981 “Killer” world tour and will feature some of the largest-scale productions they have ever brought to the region.
