Iron Maiden Forced To Reschedule Sold-Out Los Angeles Show Due To Venue Conflict

Iron Maiden have officially announced that their sold-out concert originally set for Saturday, September 26 at BMO Stadium is rescheduled.

Iron Maiden Live 2025

Iron Maiden have officially announced that their sold-out concert originally set for Saturday, September 26 at BMO Stadium has been pushed back by one day to Sunday, September 27.

The abrupt schedule change is the result of strict city regulations regarding simultaneous events at Exposition Park. On the original date, the USC Trojans are scheduled to play the Oregon Ducks at the neighboring Memorial Coliseum, a massive venue capable of holding 100,000 spectators.

Concert promoter Live Nation released a statement explaining the logistical nightmare that led to the date swap.

“This is an unprecedented circumstance and is unfortunately entirely outside of either our or the band’s control. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this change may cause and appreciate your understanding as we comply with venue and city regulations.”

Iron Maiden‘s longtime manager, Rod Smallwood, also weighed in on the frustrating situation, expressing his disappointment but confirming that moving the date was the only viable option to avoid a complete cancellation.

“We were completely shocked when we were told about this unique situation affecting our sold-out L.A. show on the Saturday night. We have worked with the team at Live Nation, and rather than cancelling this second show, we were thankfully able to move the show to the following night, Sunday, September 27.”

“We are naturally mortified at the issues and inconvenience raised for our fans who hold tickets, but there is sadly nothing we can do other than move the show a day later.”

Fortunately, the band’s first Los Angeles show on Friday, September 25 remains entirely unaffected. All tickets purchased for the originally scheduled Saturday performance will be honored for the new Sunday date, and ticket holders have already been notified directly via email with further details.

The highly anticipated tour will feature powerhouse support from Megadeth, with Anthrax joining the bill on select dates.
