Swedish death metal veterans Hypocrisy have officially announced four exclusive North American headlining shows, scheduled to take place around their highly anticipated summer trek with Dimmu Borgir. These newly revealed dates will give fans in select markets the opportunity to experience a more intimate, extended set from the legendary group this August.
Providing direct support for all four of the newly announced headlining gigs will be the atmospheric black metal outfit Hulder.
These additional performances arrive as Hypocrisy gears up for a massive North American campaign, marking yet another major touring cycle for the influential band led by mastermind Peter Tägtgren. As one of the most foundational names in European death metal, the group continues to draw massive crowds eager to hear timeless classics such as “Roswell 47“, “Fire In The Sky“, and “Eraser“.
Beyond the four exclusive headlining stops, Hypocrisy will spend the majority of August trekking across the continent as main support for Dimmu Borgir, sharing a stacked bill that also features Suffocation and Hulder. That primary run will officially kick off on August 7 in New York City and make its way across the continent before wrapping up on August 23 in Los Angeles.
