Hollywood Vampires, the rock supergroup built around Alice Cooper, Johnny Depp, Joe Perry and Tommy Henriksen, have announced At Montreux Jazz Festival, a live album drawn from their storied 2018 set at the Montreux Jazz Festival. The release rounds up several covers the band had never officially put out before, among them a knockout take on Motörhead‘s “Ace of Spades” dedicated to the late Lemmy. It hits digital platforms on August 7, with CD and vinyl editions following on October 16 through earMUSIC.
The first taste of the record, “Raise The Dead“, is already streaming, paired with a live video that bottles the energy of that evening. The full recording plays like a roaring toast to rock history, delivered with grit, swagger and the kind of chemistry only this lineup could pull off — a night, as the band frames it, where legends paid their respects to legends.
Back in 2018, the Hollywood Vampires stepped onto the celebrated Montreux stage and brought their signature mix of theatrical rock, tributes to fallen heroes and flat-out attitude to one of the world’s most respected festivals. What followed went beyond a standard gig. It became a celebration of the music, the excess, the friendship and the legacy that keeps shaping new generations.

Since dropping their self-titled debut Hollywood Vampires in 2015, packed with star-studded guest turns and classic rock covers, the group has grown into a genuine creative unit, delivering original songs on their 2019 album Rise. Famous for their explosive live shows at major festivals and sold-out runs across the globe, they’ve racked up millions of streams, healthy physical sales and worldwide press. By weaving together theatrical rock, iconic songs and heartfelt tributes, the Hollywood Vampires keep carrying the torch for rock ‘n’ roll and bridging the gap between generations of fans.

Hollywood Vampires have also confirmed plans to return to the road with a European tour scheduled for summer 2026, marking their first extensive run across the UK and mainland Europe in several years.
