Hatebreed have shared a visualizer for “The Carrion Choir“, the fourth single from their upcoming album Fatal Paradox.

The record will be released on November 6 through BLKIIBLK, the heavy metal label of the Frontiers Label Group. It is the Connecticut band’s first studio album in six years, following 2020’s Weight Of The False Self.

Fatal Paradox was produced by long-time Hatebreed collaborator Chris “Zeuss” Harris, whose credits also include Rob Zombie, Accept and Shadows Fall. The 11-track album features a guest appearance from Obituary singer John Tardy on “Sacrifice Season“.

According to the band’s label, the album mixes hardcore with thrash and crossover influences, with songs such as “Kill Count Increase” and “Total Invincible” leaning towards thrash, while “The Carrion Choir” and “Truth Is A Lion” are in a more traditional hardcore style.

Hatebreed spent much of the summer on the road with “The Summer Slaughter Tour“. After the first leg ran from July 2 to July 24, the band headlined the second leg, which started on August 20 in Albuquerque, New Mexico, and ended on September 13 in Norwalk, Connecticut, with support from Terror, Incantation, Gates To Hell, Torture and Creeping Death.

Next summer, the band will open for Slipknot at London’s Wembley Stadium on July 3, 2027, alongside Marilyn Manson and Lorna Shore, before joining Slipknot and Manson for five stadium shows in South America in September.

Hatebreed‘s current line-up features Jasta on vocals, guitarists Wayne Lozinak and Frank Novinec, drummer Matt Byrne and bassist Carl Schwartz.

Hatebreed have remained a fixture of the hardcore and metal scenes for the better part of three decades. After writing the playbook with their genre-defining releases Under The Knife (1996) and Satisfaction Is The Death Of Desire (1997), Hatebreed continued to carry the banner for metallic hardcore with albums like Perseverance (2002), The Rise of Brutality (2003), and Supremacy (2006) dominating charts globally. In recent years, the band’s undisputed offensive continues with modern records The Concrete Confessional (2016) and Weight of the False Self (2020), remaining fixtures on charts globally. The band’s core values of self actualization, perseverance, and honest living have carried them from backyard and basement shows to festival dominators, selling out shows consistently across the world, effectively practicing what they’ve preached.
