Pennsylvania-bred rock quartet Halestorm gave fans a significant taste of their next musical chapter during their performance at the Welcome To Rockville festival in Daytona Beach, Florida, on May 15, 2025. The band debuted an impressive five songs from their forthcoming sixth studio album, Everest, which is scheduled for release on August 8, 2025, via Atlantic Records.
During their energetic 11-song set at the Daytona International Speedway, Halestorm performed four brand new tracks live for the very first time: “Fallen Star,” “WATCH OUT!,” “Rain Your Blood On Me,” and the album’s title track, “Everest.” Additionally, their recently released single, “Darkness Always Wins” (which dropped in late April), received its full-band live debut.
The setlist for Halestorm‘s Welcome To Rockville performance on May 15, 2025, was:
- “Fallen Star” (live debut)
- “Mz. Hyde”
- “WATCH OUT!” (live debut)
- “Uncomfortable”
- “Darkness Always Wins” (full-band live debut)
- “Rain Your Blood On Me” (live debut)
- “Freak Like Me”

- “Love Bites (So Do I)”

The upcoming album Everest was produced by Grammy Award winner Dave Cobb, known for his work with artists like Brandi Carlile, Chris Stapleton, and Jason Isbell. A press release described the album as one that “dives deeply, both lyrically and sonically, into [Halestorm‘s] mountainous climb over the last couple decades.”
Following the album’s release, Halestorm will embark on an extensive global touring schedule throughout 2025. This includes support slots for Iron Maiden and Volbeat, numerous festival appearances, their own North American headlining “nEVEREST” tour with special guests Lindsey Stirling and Apocalyptica, and a subsequent European headlining run with Bloodywood.
