Foreigner have introduced a premium ticket tier that seats buyers on the stage itself while the band performs.

The Golden Anniversary VIP Ticket starts at $999, is limited in number, and is being offered on selected dates of the band’s ongoing 50th anniversary run. The onstage portion covers three songs, after which holders move to premium seating for the rest of the show.

What The Package Includes

Alongside the onstage segment, buyers receive:

  • A meet-and-greet with the band and a commemorative VIP photograph
  • A limited-edition 7-inch vinyl containing previously unreleased recordings
  • An autographed Foreigner lyrics sheet
  • A sample bottle of the band’s Backstage Bourbon
  • Early venue entry and VIP concierge service
  • Premium seating for the remainder of the concert
  • A Golden Ticket keychain granting advance access to future fan offers before general release

The band describes it as the most exclusive package it has offered. Tickets are being sold through Eventbrite while supplies last.

Foreigner opened the 50th anniversary campaign on February 25, 2026 with an acoustic show at the Vilar Performing Arts Center in Beaver Creek, Colorado, timed to the exact date of the band’s first rehearsal five decades earlier.

The schedule runs past 90 concerts across 2026 and stretches into November, taking in a North American leg, a European summer run, the “Double Trouble Double Vision” tour with Lynyrd Skynyrd, and further headline dates. The band has said the celebration continues into 2027, marking 50 years since the March 8, 1977 release of their self-titled debut.

Original frontman Lou Gramm has appeared with the group at points during the year, including Florida dates in April billed around 4. A further reunion is scheduled for Rock Legends Cruise XIV in 2027.

The touring lineup is Luis Carlos Maldonado on lead vocals and guitar, Jeff Pilson on bass, Michael Bluestein on keyboards, Bruce Watson on lead guitar, Chris Frazier on drums and John Roth on guitar.

Pilson, previously of Dokken, has the longest tenure, having joined in 2004. Maldonado is the newest arrival in the frontman role, taking over in late 2025.

Kelly Hansen announced his departure in May 2025 during the band’s appearance on the season finale of NBC‘s “The Voice“, saying he would leave at the end of that summer’s tour. In the same segment he introduced Maldonado, then the band’s guitarist, as his replacement. Maldonado had previously played guitar with Train and worked with Lisa Marie Presley.

Hansen had fronted the band since 2005, following Gramm‘s exit two years earlier.

Jones remains the group’s sole original member and founder, though he has not performed live with them since 2022. He disclosed in February 2024 that he has Parkinson’s disease, having earlier undergone heart surgery in 2012 after health problems that began the year before. No original member currently appears in the touring lineup.

Foreigner were inducted into the Rock And Roll Hall Of Fame in 2024.
