For two decades, hard rock titans Five Finger Death Punch have built a reputation not just for filling arenas, but for using their platform to support military veterans and first responders. As they prepare to launch the first leg of their 2026-2027 World Tour, the band is expanding its philanthropic reach to a new battlefield: the Olympic stage.
The multi-platinum group has officially announced a sprawling 48-city North American trek, produced by Live Nation, which begins July 20 at the Freedom Mortgage Pavilion in Camden, NJ. But this tour is about more than just celebrating their upcoming tenth studio album; it is a mission to fund the future of American athletics ahead of the 2028 Los Angeles Games.
In a major new initiative, a portion of every ticket sold during the 2026 U.S. run will be donated to high-performance programs for American athletes. Specifically, founding guitarist Zoltan Bathory has chosen to support USA Judo, while vocalist Ivan Moody is directing his contributions toward the USA Cycling BMX Racing & BMX Freestyle teams.
Bathory emphasized the often-overlooked financial reality facing American competitors on the global stage.
“It’s a little-known fact that the United States is one of the only major countries in the world where the government does not fund Olympic and Paralympic athletes or their training programs,” Bathory explained. “Our athletes are competing against nations with fully funded teams, while U.S. teams rely almost exclusively on private donations and sponsorships. We believe supporting Team USA is both patriotic and necessary, especially with the Olympic and Paralympic Games coming home in 2028.”
Moody echoed his bandmate’s sentiment, highlighting the shared values between the band and the athletes they aim to help.
“These athletes represent the best of who we are. Dedication, sacrifice, discipline. If we can help level the playing field even a little, we’re all in.”
The funds raised will go directly to the National Governing Bodies for Judo and BMX, helping to cover critical costs such as coaching, travel, and equipment—resources essential for leveling the playing field against government-funded international rivals.
Musically, the tour promises to be a genre-bending spectacle. Joining Five Finger Death Punch as the special guest is platinum-certified outlaw country star Cody Jinks, who will be supporting his current album, In My Blood. Rounding out the bill is the critically acclaimed rock outfit Eva Under Fire, who are set to release their new record, Villainous, later this year.
The setlist for the 20th Anniversary World Tour is expected to feature a mix of generation-defining anthems and fresh tracks from Five Finger Death Punch‘s upcoming tenth studio album.
