Eric Singer Officially Joins Kiss Reunion For ‘Landlocked In Vegas’ Event

It is now official: longtime Kiss drummer Eric Singer will reunite with Gene Simmons, Paul Stanley, and Tommy Thayer for the “KISS Kruise: Landlocked In Vegas” event. The special performance, taking place from November 14-16 at Virgin Hotels Las Vegas, marks the first time the four musicians have performed together since the “End Of The Road” tour concluded in 2023, effectively retiring the band’s iconic makeup.

Singer is confirmed to perform in two “unmasked” sets—one acoustic and one electric. This aligns with Gene Simmons‘ 2023 statement to Rolling Stone that the final Madison Square Garden concert would be the “final Kiss-in-makeup appearance.” Singer will also join the band for a fan Q&A, host a “Name That Tune” activity with Thayer, and sign event posters.

The announcement of the full lineup’s participation adds a new layer to the event, which is co-produced by Pophouse, Topeka, and Vibee. The Kiss Army fan celebration, honoring the band’s 50-year career, also comes as the Kiss “family and fans” are honoring the memory of founding guitarist Ace Frehley, who recently passed away.

Paul Stanley recently confirmed that this reunion does not mean a return to the band’s classic presentation. Speaking on “Artist Friendly With Joel Madden,” Stanley was definitive: “The Kiss gear is hung up and that will stay in the bat cave.”

He emphasized that the “Landlocked” event will showcase the band’s musical core, rather than just the spectacle.

“Look, I’ve always thought that you can get the biggest production and put on a big show and a band still s*cks,” Stanley said. “A band that’s no good is still no good with all the trappings. And you could take a car, an old beat-up car without an engine and paint it any color you want, it may look beautiful, but it ain’t going anywhere. So, I’ve always thought that the band at its core has always been a kick-a*s band.”

The three-night event at Virgin Hotels Las Vegas will also feature a massive lineup of friends and alumni, including Quiet Riot, Stephen Pearcy and Warren DeMartini (performing Ratt), former Kiss guitarist Bruce Kulick, Sebastian Bach, and Black ‘N Blue.

Attendees will also have access to Q&A sessions with producers Eddie Kramer and Bob Ezrin, manager Doc McGhee, and the original KISS Army founders. Experience packages include a three-night stay, access to all panels and performances, and collectible memorabilia.
