A complete video recording of AC/DC‘s performance at Ford Field in Detroit, Michigan, on April 30, 2025, has been made available online by the channel Fake Fan. The footage offers fans a chance to experience the legendary rock band’s recent stadium show from start to finish.
This Detroit stop was part of AC/DC‘s ongoing 2025 North American leg of their “Power Up” tour, which commenced on April 10th at the US Bank Stadium in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The tour sees the band performing in 13 stadiums across the continent throughout the spring.
Taking the stage for this tour are core members Angus Young on lead guitar, Brian Johnson on vocals, and Stevie Young on rhythm guitar, joined by drummer Matt Laug and bassist Chris Chaney. Providing support for the entire North American run is the rock band The Pretty Reckless.
The current tour includes appearances at some of North America’s most famous stadiums, including a scheduled date at Chicago’s Soldier Field on May 24th. The trek is set to conclude on May 28th, 2025, with a final performance at Huntington Bank Field in Cleveland, Ohio.
This North American run follows the band’s extensive “Power Up” European tour, which wrapped up in Dublin, Ireland, on August 17, 2024. European leg marked the first full tour for this specific lineup, featuring Laug and Chaney, who initially joined the band for their return performance at the Power Trip festival in California in late 2023.
