Dimmu Borgir have officially launched a new chapter with the release of their latest single “Ulvgjeld & Blodsodel,” giving fans the first glimpse into their upcoming studio album Grand Serpent Rising. A music video for the track is also scheduled to arrive later today.

Following Galder’s exit, the band welcomed guitarist Kjell Åge “Damage” Karlsen, who officially joined in 2025. He made his live debut on June 27, 2025 at the Tons of Rock in Oslo.
