British rock legends Def Leppard have officially expanded their massive 2026 world tour, adding a brand new leg of concerts scheduled for October and November. The newly announced shows will bring the band to audiences across the United States, Mexico, and South America. Extreme will continue their run as the tour’s primary opening act.
General public ticket sales for the newly added dates will begin on Friday, June 5 at 10:00 a.m. local time. A few regional exceptions apply to the general on-sale schedule: tickets for Santiago, Chile will be available starting June 6; San Salvador, El Salvador on June 8; Quito, Ecuador on June 9; and Alajuela, Costa Rica on June 12. Fans seeking early access were able to participate in fan club and VIP package presales, which launched yesterday on Tuesday, June 2.
The upcoming autumn dates will pick up after the band’s scheduled August appearance at the Coca-Cola Arena in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Before heading to the Middle East, Def Leppard is spending June and July dominating stages across Europe and the U.K. Their summer itinerary features highly anticipated performances at London’s O2 Arena, the renowned Wacken Open Air festival in Germany, and a special hometown concert in Sheffield.
The global trek originally kicked off in India this past March, immediately following the band’s highly successful Las Vegas residency at Caesars Palace in February.
Amidst their relentless touring schedule, Def Leppard also managed to release a brand new standalone single titled “Rejoice”. Frontman Joe Elliott recently shared the straightforward creative process behind the new track, explaining how he approached guitarist Phil Collen with a specific vision.
“This song’s been an amazing journey from concept to conclusion,” Elliott explained at the time. “I said to Phil one day, ‘I’ve got this idea for a lyric where the narrator is at absolute rock bottom and wants to rise up to a higher level. Do you have a musical piece that might match with that?’ And he said, ‘As it happens, yes I do.’”
