Death Angel Reveal ‘Act III’ European Tour Dates

Death Angel have officially announced an extensive new European tour to celebrate the 35th anniversary of their landmark studio album, “Act III.”

Bay Area thrash metal legends Death Angel have officially announced an extensive new European tour to celebrate the 35th anniversary of their landmark studio album, Act III. The veteran musicians are set to perform the iconic record in its entirety across a series of explosive headlining shows scheduled for this coming December.

The highly anticipated 12-date trek will kick off on December 1 in Brno, Czech Republic, before tearing through a run of dates in Germany, Switzerland, the Netherlands, and Denmark. Joining Death Angel on the road for the duration of the tour will be their fellow San Francisco Bay Area thrash pioneers Vio-Lence, creating a powerhouse package that unites two of the genre’s most influential and respected acts.

Alongside the string of club and theater dates, Death Angel will also make a highly anticipated festival stop, delivering a special performance at this year’s Eindhoven Metal Meeting in the Netherlands.

Tickets for all the upcoming European shows are scheduled to go on sale to the general public today, July 15 at 2:00 p.m. CEST.

Originally unleashed upon the world in 1990, Act III stands as one of the most defining records in Death Angel‘s extensive catalog. The masterpiece features beloved fan-favorite tracks such as “Seemingly Endless Time“, “Discontinued“, and “A Room With A View“. Widely considered a cornerstone release of the legendary Bay Area thrash movement, the album highlighted the group’s evolving songwriting chops and growing melodic sensibilities while completely maintaining their signature fierce aggression.

Formed in Daly City, California in 1982, Death Angel has solidified an enduring legacy as one of heavy metal’s most vital bands. Since their triumphant reunion in 2001, the group has consistently delivered critically acclaimed albums and maintained a relentless global touring schedule. Renowned for putting on some of the most energetic live performances in thrash metal, this upcoming anniversary run offers fans a rare and immersive opportunity to witness a classic album played front to back by the musicians who forged it.
