David Lee Roth officially launched his highly anticipated 2026 North American solo tour on April 16 at Spokane Live! at the Spokane Tribe Casino in Airway Heights, Washington.
Earlier this year, the singer announced the massive 30-date solo trek. After wrapping up his April shows across California, Arizona, and Texas, the tour is moving through Tennessee, Florida, North Carolina, and Ontario throughout May. The summer routing will see him hitting stages in New York, New Jersey, Ohio, Minnesota, and Wisconsin in June, before making a notable appearance at the Sturgis Buffalo Chip in Sturgis, South Dakota, in August.
The current run follows a very active 2025 for the frontman. Last year, David Lee Roth officially reversed his previous decision to retire from live performances. He subsequently launched a successful U.S. summer tour, marking his first full solo concert in over five years with a May 3 appearance at the 2025 M3 Rock Festival at the Merriweather Post Pavilion in Columbia, Maryland. That summer tour eventually wrapped up on September 14 in Napa, California.
During his 2025 solo dates, the singer was backed by a talented live band featuring guitarist Al Estrada, bassist Ryan Wheeler, drummer Francisco Valentino, and keyboardist Danny Wagner.
David Lee Roth famously departed Van Halen to pursue a solo career following the massive commercial success of their landmark album 1984. After a brief return to the fold in 1996, he officially reclaimed his position as the group’s frontman from 2007 until 2020. However, the legendary rock band had not toured since 2015.
