The chaotic, long-running feud between internet personality Brittany Furlan and Falling in Reverse frontman Ronnie Radke has officially spilled over into the legal system. Following months of online back-and-forth involving allegations of catfishing, harassment, and music video parodies, reports confirm that Furlan took legal action by filing for a temporary restraining order against the singer.
However, the request was swiftly shut down. According to TMZ, the court has denied Furlan’s petition for the temporary order, though a hearing has been scheduled for January 23 to further address the matter.
In her filing, Furlan described Radke as “unhinged and obsessed.” The dispute largely centers on Furlan‘s insistence that she was communicating directly with Radke via Snapchat throughout the previous year—a claim Radke has vehemently denied, insisting she was speaking to an imposter.
Furlan’s legal documents allege she was “definitely” communicating with Radke “due to the explicit nature of the content.” She claims the conversations included Radke begging her to leave her husband, Mötley Crüe drummer Tommy Lee, and an incident where the singer allegedly stood her up after they had made plans to meet at his home.
Furlan further accused Radke of “contacting her through fake social media accounts, mocking her in a music video and posting videos about the situation online” with the specific goal of “intending for his fans to attack me.”
As the legal drama unfolded, Radke’s girlfriend, Dana Dentata, took to Instagram to defend the singer and expose what she calls a “threat” from Furlan. On January 12, Dentata posted a screenshot of a private message sent by Furlan in May of last year, accompanied by a blistering statement regarding Furlan’s refusal to accept the “catfish” explanation.
“This woman claiming my boyfriend is obsessed with her sent me this ‘threat’ message back in May when it came out she had been catfished and we tried to tell her ‘I’m so sorry but it’s not possible’ and she spiraled from there,” Dentata wrote. “[She] hasn’t stopped instigating or lying about being catfished since. I was with him 24/7 it’s not possible it was him and I can’t wait til we can give her the identity and IP address of the catfish so she can finally get the help she needs.”
The screenshot shared by Dentata displayed a hostile message from Furlan, which read:
“Girl, you think you’re hard just cause you’re a fake Juggalo? You’re just a broken woman. I’m not scared of you. You don’t know the life that I’ve lived. You and your little boyfriend are about to be shook by the truth that we just uncovered. Stay tuned.”
The saga traces back to May 2025, when Radke publicly alleged that Furlan had been tricked by an online impersonator. While Furlan admitted she had been communicating with someone on Snapchat during a rocky period in her marriage to Lee, she has maintained her belief that it was indeed Radke on the other end.
The feud seemed to cool off briefly but reignited when Radke released the video for “All My Women,” featuring a character mocking Furlan. Tensions flared again earlier this month when Furlan posted evidence of “cruel” comments she received from fake accounts, which she attributed to Radke.
Radke continues to maintain his innocence regarding the communications. TMZ notes that Radke filed his own restraining order against Furlan last week, which was also denied. He is currently taking steps to prove the existence of an impersonator, having filed a lawsuit against two “John Does” and initiating a subpoena of Snapchat to obtain the IP addresses of the accounts in question.
