After a period focused on recovery following major vocal cord surgery, Bon Jovi has announced that the band will make their much-anticipated return to live touring in the summer of 2026. The initial dates for the “Forever Tour” include multi-night stands at New York’s Madison Square Garden and culminate in stadium shows across the UK and Ireland.
The tour announcement marks a triumphant return for the frontman, whose vocal struggles and rehabilitation were candidly documented in the recent Hulu docuseries, “Thank You, Goodnight: The Bon Jovi Story“. In a statement accompanying the tour news, Jon Bon Jovi expressed his immense joy and gratitude for the opportunity to perform again.
“There is a lot of joy in this announcement — joy that we can share these nights together with our amazing fans and joy that the band can be together,” he said. “I am lucky enough to be able to hold a light out to the audience each night and stand in their reflection for a tremendous collective experience — I get to stand in the WE of our concerts. And I’ve spoken extensively on my gratitude, but I will say it again, I’m deeply grateful that the fans and the brotherhood of this band have been patient and allowed me the time needed to get healthy and prepare for touring. I’m ready and excited!”
The “Forever Tour” is currently scheduled to kick off with a four-night residency at Madison Square Garden in New York City in July 2026. The band will then head to Europe for stadium shows in Edinburgh, Dublin, and London in late August and early September.
The tour announcement coincides with the upcoming release of Forever (Legendary Edition) on October 24. This expanded version of their 2024 album Forever features guest appearances on each track from artists like Bruce Springsteen, Jelly Roll, Jason Isbell, and Joe Elliott of Def Leppard, among others.
Tickets for the newly announced tour dates will go on sale to the general public on Friday, October 31, following a series of pre-sales beginning Monday, October 27.
