Blind Guardian, the iconic German power metal band, has confirmed a headlining tour of North America for November and December 2025. This long-awaited return will feature the band playing their classic album Somewhere Far Beyond in full for US and Canadian audiences.
Joining Blind Guardian on this epic metal journey will be special guests Ensiferum and Seven Kingdoms.
Blind Guardian vocalist Hansi Kürsch expressed his excitement about the upcoming tour: “We are so thrilled about our return to North America at the end of the year. It is going to be great fun to sing the legendary Somewhere Far Beyond hymns along with our fellow bards in the US and Canada. Don’t miss this once-in-your-lifetime opportunity.”
The primary members of Blind Guardian are vocalist Hansi Kürsch, lead guitarist André Olbrich, and rhythm guitarist Marcus Siepen. Drummer Thomen Stauch performed on the band’s first seven albums before Frederik Ehmke joined in 2005. Ehmke‘s recording debut with Blind Guardian was their 2006 release, A Twist In The Myth.
The tour is scheduled to begin on November 19th in Ft Lauderdale, Florida, at Revolution Live and will conclude on December 13th at The Wiltern in Los Angeles, California. Tickets for the general public will go on sale starting Friday, May 9th at 10:00 a.m. local time.
