The 2026 North American tour launch for Black Label Society delivered a powerful night of heavy riffs and fan favorites as the band took the stage at the Mission Ballroom (Denver, Colorado). The show marked the beginning of a new touring cycle and featured a surprise moment for longtime fans — the return of an Ozzy Osbourne classic not played live in 25 years.
Midway through the set, the band performed “No More Tears,” marking the first live rendition of the song since 2001. The cover connects directly to Black Label Society guitarist and vocalist Zakk Wylde’s longstanding musical relationship with Osbourne, adding emotional weight to the performance. While a studio version of the cover previously appeared as a bonus track on the North American edition of the band’s 1999 record Sonic Brew, Friday’s show represented its first appearance on stage in decades.
Beyond the cover, the concert highlighted both the band’s catalog and upcoming material. Tracks from the forthcoming album Engines Of Demolition, scheduled for release on March 27 via MNRK Heavy, were woven into the set.
Fans in attendance experienced a dynamic setlist that spanned the band’s career. The night opened with “Funeral Bell” and continued with cuts like “Destroy & Conquer”, “A Love Unreal”, and “Heart Of Darkness”. The performance closed with heavy hitters “Suicide Messiah” and “Stillborn”, leaving the crowd energized and eager for the rest of the tour.
