British metalcore titans Architects are plotting their return to American soil. The chart-topping outfit has officially announced a North American headlining tour set for the spring of 2026, kicking off on April 28 in Reno, Nevada. The trek will feature support from Holywatr and includes high-profile stops at the Welcome To Rockville and Sonic Temple festivals.
Tickets for the run will be available to the general public starting Friday, January 23 at 10 a.m. local time, with artist presales beginning today at 2 p.m.
Coinciding with the tour announcement, the band has unveiled the official music video for their single “Broken Mirror“. Directed by Jensen Noen—the visionary behind the band’s previous hit visual “Black Hole“—the new clip is described as playing out like a dark, cinematic short film.
The narrative is gritty and intense, following vocalist Sam Carter as he undergoes brutal militia-style training, building toward a tense and visceral firefight that mirrors the song’s emotional intensity. The project is moody, and visually arresting, designed to balance raw vulnerability with explosive action, capturing the internal struggle at the heart of the track.
Musically, “Broken Mirror” captures Architects at their most dynamic. The track is described as powerful and infectious, structured to ebb and flow between delicate verses — where Sam Carter‘s passionate vocals take center stage and highlight his impressive range — and soaring, hard-hitting choruses that lean into the band’s unmistakable heaviness.
The new single impacts radio this week, hoping to replicate the massive success of their previous hit, “Everything Ends“, which recently secured the band’s first-ever No. 1 at U.S. Active Rock Radio. That momentum also earned Architects a nomination for “Best New Artist (Rock)” at the 2026 iHeartRadio Awards.
Both tracks appear on their eleventh studio album, The Sky, The Earth & All Between (Epitaph Records), which has already shifted over 90,000 units. Produced by Jordan Fish (ex-Bring Me The Horizon), the record has drawn praise for its ambitious scope.
Loudwire hailed the album as “a no-skip listen,” while Kerrang! commended the band’s ability to deliver “both quality and quantity” deep into their career. Metal Hammer offered perhaps the most robust endorsement, noting that the record combines the “stadium-metal ambitions of 2022’s The Classic Symptoms Of A Broken Spirit with some of the heaviest and straight-up angriest music the band have made in years,” ultimately calling it “a record that fans of every era could love.”
