The highly anticipated reunion of sludge metal legends Acid Bath will continue into the spring of 2026 with the announcement of two new, massive headlining shows in Texas. Continuing their strategy of creating unique, one-off “events,” each of the newly announced dates will feature a different, hand-picked lineup of powerhouse support acts, including Obituary, High On Fire, and Baroness.

The new dates are the latest in a “drip-feed” of announcements for the influential band’s highly anticipated comeback. The first show is scheduled for March 28, 2026, at the White Oak Music Hall Lawn in Houston, Texas, and will feature a massive bill of Florida death metal legends Obituary, sludge metal titans High On Fire, and Necrofier.

The second show will take place on April 4, 2026, at the South Side Ballroom in Dallas, Texas. That event will feature support from progressive sludge metallers Baroness and crossover thrash act Fugitive.

Pre-sales for both shows are underway, with the general on-sale for all tickets scheduled for this Friday, October 3.

These Texas dates are part of a larger, unconventional schedule for the band’s reunion, which has seen them book a series of special, curated events rather than a traditional tour. This includes other unique headlining shows, major festival appearances, and a colossal stadium tour of Europe next summer as direct support for System Of A Down and Queens Of The Stone Age.
