Heavy metal legends Accept are gearing up to celebrate a monumental milestone. The German-American pioneers have officially announced a massive European tour for the fall of 2026 to mark their 50th anniversary as a band.

The upcoming “Half A Century Of Metal” tour will feature 24 headline arena and club shows spread across 11 different countries. Bringing five decades of heavy metal history to the stage, the trek will make stops in Germany, France, Spain, Italy, Austria, Switzerland, the Netherlands, Belgium, Poland, Hungary, and the Czech Republic.

Accept will be joined on the road by special guests Dynazty from Sweden and rising UK metal act Tailgunner.

Reflecting on the band’s longevity and the upcoming celebration, founding guitarist Wolf Hoffmann shared his excitement:

“It’s incredible to be celebrating 50 years of Accept, and taking this anniversary tour across Europe makes it even more special. The support from our fans over the decades has been overwhelming, and we can’t wait to bring these shows to so many countries and celebrate this milestone together.”

Wolf has been the driving force behind the group since joining at just 16 years old in 1976. His distinctive riffing style not only defined the Accept sound but also influenced generations of heavy metal musicians that followed. Through all the highs and lows of their extraordinary 50-year career, his dedication has kept the band moving forward.

In addition to the extensive live run, the band also confirmed that a special 50th-anniversary album is in the works for later this year. The release will feature newly re-recorded classic tracks, rare cuts, and several guest appearances.

General ticket sales begin on February 27, 2026, at 10:00 CET, with an exclusive Eventim presale launching three days earlier on February 24.
