As the running times show, the Denver crowd got the full AC/DC experience — including a marathon take on “Let There Be Rock” that stretched past 20 minutes thanks to one of Angus Young‘s trademark extended solos, and a version of “High Voltage” that worked in a “Bad Boy Boogie” snippet.
The show was part of the 2026 North American leg of the “Power Up” tour, which the band launched on July 11 at Bank Of America Stadium in Charlotte, North Carolina. Sticking to the format that has anchored the run, the group opened the 21-song set with “If You Want Blood (You’ve Got It)” and powered through a career-spanning selection of staples — among them “Back In Black,” “Thunderstruck,” “Highway To Hell,” “Dirty Deeds Done Dirt Cheap,” “You Shook Me All Night Long” and “T.N.T.” — before closing on “For Those About To Rock (We Salute You).” Two cuts from the band’s most recent album, Power Up, also featured early in the night in the form of “Demon Fire” and “Shot In The Dark.”
The Charlotte date opened an 18-stop North American trek that also touches down in Columbus, Madison, San Antonio, Las Vegas, San Francisco, Edmonton, Vancouver, Atlanta, Houston, South Bend, St. Louis, Montreal, Toronto, East Rutherford and Philadelphia, with The Pretty Reckless handling support duties throughout. It’s the second round of U.S. shows on the “Power Up” tour, following a spring 2025 run that hit more than a dozen North American cities.
The “Power Up” world tour takes its name from AC/DC‘s 2020 album, which topped the charts in 21 countries. The trek began with the band’s long-awaited return to the stage at Power Trip in California in 2023 and has since sold out dozens of stadiums across four continents.
